Brief Answer:
No need to give medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

Passing of gas is a normal thing in babies and generally nothing needs to be done for this.

If there is pain abdomen or baby is uncomfortable then only we give medicine.

Bonnison is a Ayurvedic medicine and allopathic doctor cannot prescribe it.

In my opinion, you can give something based medicine like colicaid drops, volume drops. At this age, dose will be 4 drops if problem occurs.

I hope this helps.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
