Suggest Remedies To Improve Sperm Count For A Patient Suffering From Addison's Disease
Chances are significantly higher
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
Addison's disease is particularly known to cause infertility in Men.
There are many cases of natural conception in well treated cases of XXXXXXX disease.
MAXOZA L and CoQ forte are top recommended supplements to improve the sperm count.
ADDYZOA can contribute a little .
Addition of CoQ forte and BECOZINC can help to improve the count over 6 to 8 months. Please check with your physician with regards to above.
With steroid therapy and above supplements sperm count can increase.
But in cases of failure, it is always good to go for IVF( in vitro fertilization ) technique, which can retrieve hidden sperms from your testis and cause ferlization in vitro .The success rate is high with this technique.

Thank you
another concern for me is that my testis size is 40-45 % as compared to normal as per the dr. So still is there any hope to increase my sperm count or not. if it will not increase, then what will be the solution ?? my treating dr told me that if it will improve, then we will go for ivf. or last option is doner sperm. so i am bit nervous. second concern is that after a successful ivf, our baby will be healthy or might be hit with adison disease. in my family my brother is also an adisoninan.
Increase in sperm count is affected in presence of reduced testicular size.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.
Addison's disease is known to cause some degree of testicular atrophy.
In presence of size reduction to 45%, the probability of increase in sperm count is decreased although not zero.
In such a case, testicular biopsy and sperm retrieval methods may help to collect sperms.Thereafter IVF can be the only option.
Hence biopsy and sperm retrieval should be next step.
If IVF fails, donor sperm will be the last resort.
Addison's disease has hereditary predisposition.Hence there is a possibility that it can affect the newborn, though not in all cases.
