I haven’t had a recent inflammation test. About 4 years ago I had a XXXXXXX Heart ❤️ Health assessment. I need to go back and look at it. A few of the markers were on the high side.
I don’t have any infections now. I’m thinking of going on a more Mediterranean diet, and want to do diet, lifestyle changes, continue exercise(walking most days).

Hello,
As there is no infection or inflammation for the moment, all you have to do is eat a healthy diet as recommended for all women at your age.Diabetes is not considered as a risk factor as long as you keep these levels.
So I would recommend too, a mediterranean diet (containing fruits like orange, lemons with plenty of Vitamin C) and physical activity.
Hope I have answered your query.
