Suggest Remedy After Accidentally Leaving Forteo Pen Outside The Refrigerator

Question: I accidently left my Forteo pen out of the refrigerator overnight (8 hrs.) Is it still safe to use?

Hello madam.Thanks for your query.

If the FORTEO delivery device has been left out of the refrigerator, do not throw the delivery device
away. Place the delivery device back in the refrigerator and call XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and Company at 0-000-
000000.

As I said, I ALREADY called that toll free phone # & they are CLOSED for the weekend! Do I not take it now for 2 days???

Thanks for your quick revert.

I would recommend to use it if there is no change in the appearance solution in the cartridge.

Just in case if you are not able to see the inside of the pen then I were to use a new pen after replacing the current one back in the refrigerator.You may action once the customer care resumes it function.

According to me customer care's opinion is very important to use devices (especially pen's) as per their instructions.
