Brief Answer:
You need medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, in such deficiency of Vitamin D, we usually treat our patients with Vitamin D tablets 60,000 widely available in the market to be taken once a week for 3 months. Later, we advice the same tablet to be taken once a month only for 1 year.
This regimen is helpful in correcting the deficiency levels.
Natural source of Vitamin D includes sun exposure. Food items rich in Vitamin D are fish oils, fatty fish, mushrooms, beef liver, cheese, and egg yolks.
Now, in your other report your thyroid levels are increased. If you are already on treatment for thyroid, then you would need to modify the dosage and if not on treatment yet, you just need to monitor this TSH level as this is subclinical hypothyroidism and doesn't warrant treatment at this level.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
