Question: Hello.. weight management is always a problem for me. Today I took 2 tablets of duromine. But I do have some bloated XXXXXXX and feels like vomiting? So how? How can I feel good and weight lost?

I'm already on omeprazole 40mg twice daily and on off if unwell will drink syrup antacid 10-15ml.
Will go swimming 1-2 times and park walk 1 to 1.5 hrs weekly.
I'm 1.61m and weight 74.5kg
