Brief Answer:
Yes fever is possible in urinary infections
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern.
Yes, there is a possibility for fever in his condition.
The pus represents significant urinary tract infection.
This can cause both fever as well as pain abdomen.
The possible cause can be bladder or kidney infection.

Thank you. How many days does it take to get it cured? Approximately? And is frequent urination common in this case?
One more thing, in lever function test, the ALP level is some where around 422 and WGT is also high. Why is it so?( 2 days back he was given B12 tablet for 2 days).
And can Ferolem 200 or mistas (one more tablet) control fever or anything else need to tke for fever
*GGT
*Nistas

Brief Answer:
Possibly it may take a week time
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I apologize for the delayed response.
It may take 7-10 days for complete cure.
Frequent urination can be very much a problem with this issue.
Elevated liver enzymes could possibly reflect underlying hepatitis or a gall stone disorder.
Vitamin B12 is not associated with such liver enzyme changes.
For fever, antibiotics can be enough. But in case if the fever is not getting down, paracetamol can be added with doctor's prescription.
