Slight discomfort and soreness is quite common after episodes of diarrhoea. I would suggest you the following

1. Short term use of antispasmodic like Drotavarine will be helpful

2. Probiotics along with acid suppressant like Pantoprozole will provide you the much need relief

3. Ensure adequate intake of water and electrolytes

If the pain or soreness is not severe, your appetite is improving then there is no cause for concern.
