Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain Caused By Gastritis

Question: I was told I have gastritis on Friday From a physician I was giving nausea pills and famotidine but Its been almost three days I'm not nauseous anymore but I still have pain in my top abdomen and it's causes me not to have a appetite

Hi,
You have to take Nexium for 4 weeks.

You have mentioned you are supposed to have your menstrual period on November 23rd. So if you have had an intercourse without protection two weeks ago and if you dont get period then there are chances you are pregnanct.
You can get blood pregnancy test now or urine pregnancy test two weeks after the missed period.

The pressure in the upper abdomen could be due to gas.
Once you start to take medications, you may start to feel better in 4-5 days. But for complete relief, you need to complete the course of 4 weeks of medications.
