Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain With Fever

Thanks
Antibiotics based on fever/abdominal pain history alone wont help
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
If the abdominal pain is epigastric i.e in the central region above the umbilicus then its most likely related to gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. Pancreatitis is a possibility if there is radiation of the pain towards the back and involves tender abdomen in the epigastrium upon palpation. If the fever is high grade and there is associated right upper quadrant pain along with jaundice then biliary obstructive causes need to be looked for. Norflox TZ and Norfloxacin, given orally in the absence of any signs of gastroenteritis wont to do much in giving relief unless the abdomen is examined. If esomeprazole (PPI) is available then that can be given or antacid like bismuth subsalicylate. Antispasmodic medication like hyoscine butylbromide or spasfon may also be given orally if available. The other medication needs to be prescribed after proper assessment of the patient.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
