Question: My wife has acne on her face.... It's initially like a white head which turns into pimple.... And then it's leaves black acne on her face.... She is 26 year old.. And she has oily skin.... But in winters if she would not cold cream.. Then also she has patchy dry skin... She also have uneven skin tone.... So suggest a treatment or medicines to cure her skin problem

On short term basis as a cure apply Deriva-C gel (clindamycin and adapalene) on affected area twice a day after washing her face.
Also she should wash her face at least 3-4 times a day and must before going to sleep at night.
Avoid picking on pimples and also going out in dusty environment as much as possible.
Avoid oiling her hair and also no creams or oily face makeup.
This will cure the existing ones and prevent new ones to some extent but removing the root cause viz PCOD is definitely more important.
