Suggest Remedy For Acute Anal Fissure

Question: I have been diagnosed with acute anal fissure and I got splintereronomy done 3 days back. And doctor said that he has also removed pile mass and there had been some infection too. Now he said he has removed everything. But from yesterday a wound like has been formed on the outside of anus (I hope some skin fell in the sitz bath tub, black color after that wound formed) and a yellowish-green pus is coming from it. When I squeeze it and clean blood comes at last. And I am applying lignocaine oilment too. Is this the sign of serious infection or will it be OK in sometime. Pls guide me.
Brief Answer:
Possible abscess has to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I have proceeded through your query in detail.
As per your symptoms described, the possibility of perianall wound abscess is high.
This needs a thorough check up via complete per rectal examination by your surgeon.
This is not a serious infection if adequately treated and drained.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Hi, now I just had a bowel movement, and I feel like the wound and anal are interconnected. I feel like the motion comes via this opening/wound too. When I tried cleaning it after the BM again some amount of yellow particles are coming through it, which is motion. Kindly help me on it.
Brief Answer:
Possible personal fistula. Need confirmation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I have gone through your query in detail.
These symptoms probably reflect a fistula (communicating track) between the wound and the anal wall.
It is very important to rule out fistulous track by a thorough Per rectal exam and aa fistulogram.
Further management if any is based on test results.
Thank you.
