Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. There is an area in the brain named lentiform nucleus and this is affected on the right side in your father. There was a blockage in the blood supply to thisarea causing paralysis.
2. Treatment of paralysis is regular physiotherapy. The connection between brain and muscle is damaged and the brain has to be taught to recognize the affected limbs and mobilize it.
3. Nervijen will work in restoration of nerve supply. Physiotherapy and good nutrition is important. The brain will try to repair the damage in 3 months and there will be improvement in this time period. After 3 months there is little improvement.
Hope your query is answered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The recovery in paralysis takes at least 3 months and can extend up to 2 years.
2. Loss of movement is due to disruption of connection between brain and muscle. The legs will gain power slowly over next few months. Return of power in the hands cannot be predicted in every patient.
3. There is no injection or specific food that will cause early recovery. However protein foods are recommended. Physiotherapy is a must for early recovery and there are stroke rehabilitation physiotherapy specialists who can help you with this.
Hope your query is answered.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. I hope that there is no complication inside the head which is causing his headache. If possible please upload the CT scan report. If his headache is worsening then another CT scan or MRI scan is required. If there is no complication from the stroke then the headache can be from mild brain swelling which will improve with time.
Hope your query is answered.
