Brief Answer:
Tinea/ intertrigo; Oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image.

I will suggest a possibility of tinea/ intertrigo. Axilla is a common site for this because of moisture/ sweat that accumulates in axilla which encourages fungal growth.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream preferably the one which is in combination with a topical steroid e.g beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025%. You may use it twice daily for 4 weeks.
In addition I will also suggest an oral antifungal e.g either fluconazole or itraconazole for 4 weeks
Avoid using deodorant in this area for the time being as it might cause more irritation.
Oral and topical antifungals are prescription medications and i suggest that you use these under supervision of a dermatologist in your region.

Regards
