Question: I just discovered this black thing around my anus. I'm not sure what it is. if it is sersious or not

Dear,I studied your query and reviewed it with the picture sent.
From the inspection of the picture, and from the records of the patients profile,as you don't seem to have any complaints,the black spot around one side of your anus seems to be harmless thing,unless proved otherwise.
This seems to be a ruptured vein with submucus hemorrhagic clot, around the anus,which seems to be painless.
This might be due to the recent hard stool you had with constipation,which has caused this black spot around.
Precautions to be taken-
Bland diet with high fiber and plenty of fluids
Take stool softeners if you are passing hard stool.
Cold compresses,
Rest and Foot end elevation for 5 days while sleeping.
Update any other medicines or any other illness you suffer from.
