Suggest Remedy For Blackish Discolouration And Itching On Penis

Question: my name is XXXXXXX 33/M ...sir, i had a history of fungal infection of groin duration more than 10 yrs....took medicines and it cured, now some blackish discolouration and occational itching only...My problem is that only during full erection of penis i feel some discomfort or dullache on penis...not severe pain but not feeling comfortable... some times only dribbling of urine ...i have premature ejaculation.. no other diseases...not done any investigation for this problem....is it prostatitis? which medicines i have to take? waiting for answer...

As an Urologist, i can see that,it's pre-mature ejaculation that's bothering you.
Also a doubt of prostatitis.
You'll need an examination by an Urologist and carry out following tests :
1.urine routine and culture.
2.semen culture.
3.blood routine, sugar, LFT,VDRL,HbSAg,HIV.
4.ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis and TRUS.
With these reports your doctor can give an advice and clear doubts of prostatitis.
If needed, he may carry out a cystoscopy.
