Brief Answer:
Stop it immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you have developed allergic reaction to cyclobenzaprine. You should immediately stop taking this and show it to ER. It can be an emergency as some time these blisters can spread also.
You should take anti allergic tablet like Avil or Atarax after discussing with your doctor. In future also avoid taking pain killers and tramadol is safe medicine for you if pain is severe but avoid sulpha drugs.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
