Suggest Remedy For Blood In Urine

Ultrasound abdomen needs to be done
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
I'm sorry you've been through so much recently.
First of all I need to know the color of blood and clots you saw in urine, because if there was fresh blood appearing bright red in color, it is most likely to be due to injury of urethra and if there is no subsequent appearance of blood in urine, then there is no need to worry as bleeding would have stopped. And as far as pain around kidney region and back, there is no cause for concern as its most likely to be muscular pain and even if there was blunt injury to kidney, there won't be fresh blood in urine.
But to be on the safer side and rule out internal bleeding, I recommend you to consult your physician and get clinically evaluated and get an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis done.
To reduce pain in back and kidney region you may take any of the NSAIDS available over the counter.
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

clinical evaluation needed.
Detailed Answer:
welcome back,
brownish and orange hue to urine indicates that injury could be near bladder or ureters. Are you still passing orange colored urine with brown clots. If that is the case then you have to undergo cystoscopy to detect the site of injury and also active intervention.
will be awaiting your reply.
