Brief Answer:
Certain pain killers alongwith some additional supplements may help

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

I hope you are replacing the low levels of vitamin D. It may take few weeks to months to get symptomatic relief after replacing vitamin D, however after replacing the levels should be repeated to avoid over treatment with vitamin D as increased levels are also associated with troublesome.

You may also look for other possible causes of your symptoms like, vitamin B12, B6, calcium, Thyroid levels, Blood random sugars, and other autoimmune diseases like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndromes.

Meanwhile, using analgesics like acetaminophen alongwith codienes for severe pains will help. You can also start using B-complex and folic acid supplements alongwith calcium chewable tablets. If symptoms doesn't improve in next 2 month, get work up of autoimmune afterwards.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. Regards.

Brief Answer:
Add calcium supplements and further workup options

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the details. You see, most of the workup your physician have done is based on the lines, we have discussed in earlier conversation. It is good to see that workup details in your case have ruled out rheumatological conditions as CRP and ESR are normal and thus rule out variety of chronic inflammation disorders.

Few more things, to proceed with, will be uric acid levels. Get these tested if you haven't checked them before.

Also that, vitamin D acts by altering with cycle of calcium and phosphates in the body through a hormone called parathyroid hormone or PTH. Get these levels done to see effects of vitamin D and any disruption in this cycle.

Also that, if these turn out to be normal get levels of alkaline phosphatase and creatinine kinase in next step to rule out myopathies and bone resorption disorders.

Using calcium supplements alongwith vitamin D will also be helpful.

You can discuss the details later through my profile directly, once these are done, for next plan of action, if you wish so. Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards.
