Suggest Remedy For Body Ache, Fever And General Weakness

from 22nd evening I was having body ache which next day turned into watery type running noise. I was having weekness as well.
I took Cetzine on 23rd Sep 2015 for running noise and one crocin for body ache but still the problem was the same. from watery running noise it has turned to yellow running noise.
Now the problem is since yesterday myself, my daughter 3 years old and my wife all are having running noise, weekness and body ache. additionally my daughter is having 102 degree fever.
please advice.
Viral infection. Routine blood tests. Medication. Rest. Fluids.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. Since you have similar symptoms, this seems to be a viral infection.
2. It is better to get examined and get routine blood tests done.
3. A yellow nasal discharge is commonly seen with infections, hence antibiotics, anti inflammatory, anti allergic mucolytic medication along with steam inhalation and medicated gargles.
4. Adequate fluids and rest is mandatory. The medication will help control the severity of the symptoms but viral infections tend to run their course.
5. Dengue, Malaria and Swine Flu should be ruled out by the blood tests. Upload the results for all three.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Consult a local doctor as soon as possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Syrup Ascoril-D will be fine for all three. Give your daughter half a teaspoon while you can take a full teaspoon twice a day. Syrup Relent and steam inhalation will also help.
2. Use only (paracetamol) crocin and tepid sponging for the fever till you have ruled out Dengue, Malaria, Chikungunya and Swine Flu.
3. It is important that you visit a local doctor and that Swine flu medication (oseltamivir) is started within 48 hours even if you cannot get a swab test.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
