Brief Answer:
Get an Xray or EKG after getting the chest examined by a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it can be allergic cause as you mentioned weather getting colder. Though chest discomforts with difficulties in breathing needs detailed evaluation with an EKG to rule out cardiac issues, though is chemical diseases are less common with 19 years age, and chest Xray and a detailed chest examination to look for any site inside lungs. There can be whisling sounds on chest auscultation or on simple hearing and that you can also very well appreciate as any wheezing or whistling will indicate allergic episode and may need neubilisations and inhalations to expand the airways for a better breathing. If it gets worse then immediately consult an ER and get saturation in blood checked for oxygen levels and blood screenings for hemoglobin and white blood count may be needed to look for any possible cause there. All this workup will help lead somewhere with the diagnosis. Meanwhile keep yourself warm and use decongestants and hot beverages and monitor for a while for any improvement or severity of the symptoms.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask else kindly close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions. Regards.
