Brief Answer:
Nothing except some relaxation for the time being

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for that bit of a booboo...but sounds like you're a trouper so that's good.

Of course, as a doctor I am obliged to tell you that if you've got a "bump" in the back of the head and there is pain then, you should consider avoiding the use of analgesics for the next 12-24 hrs. If symptoms of nausea/vomiting or sudden spinning or dizziness that could be classified as vertigo, double vision, or lessening in your alert status that you should not wait for anything else to happen but rather call 911. However, by the morning if all is well and nothing else has developed then, I would continue with the ice for the next 1-2 days (crushed ice best) for 20-30 min. at a time (using a cloth as a barrier between ice and bump) and then, you may start taking an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen/Motrin or another one if it happens to be your favorite.

I hope these answers satisfactorily addresses your question. If so, may I ask your favor of a HIGH STAR RATING with some written feedback?

Also, if there are no other questions or comments, may I ask you CLOSE THE QUERY on your end so this question can be transacted and archived for further reference by colleagues as necessary?
