Brief Answer:
Urologist or skin specialist opinion, is mandatory.

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxx and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i fully share your concern.
It's advisable to show the penis discoloration and testicular swellings, to a skin specialist, or an Urologist. A specialist examination is mandatory.
If you're having intercourse with the same partner, repeat STD testing isn't indicated, if previous laboratory, is a reputed one.
If you've itching or discharge from the area of discoloration, it's likely to be a fungal infection. Otherwise, you really don't need to worry about it.
If possible send me a copy of the discolored area, and the scrotal swellings, along with the following reports :
1.blood routine.
2. RBS, creatinine,VDRL,HIV,and HbsAg.
Maintain good penile hygiene and avoid moisture on the genital parts.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

unfortunately I have been to a urologist and dermatologist and all they stated is maybe fungal.

I haven't had any sexual contact since September and will not until I resolve this issue. I had follow up std testing the first week of December. all negative. I will attach some photos.I attached some photos.

I've seen one urologist, two dermatologist, two general practioner and 3 physicians assistants( at immediate care centers. )

Most have stated fungal or not that urgent. The skin didn't always look this way so I know something changed but the various healthcare professionals do not share my concern. Also, I have 3 Labs that were tested in recent months. All from different offices. Lab Corp was used twice and another lab was used for the December test. Any help or guidance is appreciated

Brief Answer:
No cause for worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
After seeing the snaps sent, i tend to concur with the Urologist, you may have consulted earlier.
If not an active lesion, which doesn't cause any symptoms, not increasing in size,
no itching, no discharge,or swelling over it, leave it alone.
If your STD panel reports are reliable, then no cause for worry, on that front either.
Checking your blood sugar is better for you.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
