Suggest Remedy For Bumps Under The Eyes And White Head Pimples

Question: Hi I have little bumps around and mostly under my eyes, they look like white head pimples. I also noticed one that looks like an eye booger in the same location and size as a eye booger. I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis last year, and have not had any symptoms since. Could these symptoms be connected?

This could be either Milia Or Syringoma, judging by the location of the lesions i.e undereye.
