Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In Vagina And Bleeding From Anus
Quite possibly 2 different conditions
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The burning in and around the vaginal region could quite possibly be BV (bacterial vaginosis) requiring a visit to your gynaecologist and antibiotic coverage, so this will require confirmation but is quite possibly present.
The bleeding from the anal region has to be observed by a doctor as the bleed could be from haemorrhoids, an anal fissure (tear of your anal sphincter), anal fistula, or an abnormality of your intestines. So these could quite possibly be two completely different conditions and will most certainly require a doctors visit. In most cases relating to the digestive tract, some abnormality can lead to an infection of the urinary tract or reproductive system (especially due to the method used to clean the regions after passing your bowels or urinating).
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

A few suggestions; but the rash does not seem worrisome to me
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
The ulcer does not seem to be related to any specific infections or STD's, but is more likely to be caused due to any hair removal process or shaving as I can see you have also recently removed hair in the region.
I would recommend not removing hair in the region for a while until the ulcer heals, but it is otherwise considered healthy and good for hygiene, just not until the ulcer heals.
The burning could be simply due to the ulcer as well, especially if you do not have any other symptoms like burning while urinating, vaginal discharge, increased frequency of urination/frequent urination, etc.
+When did you remove hair from the region?
+When did the ulcer appear? How many days apart were these 2?
For a while, please follow these instructions:
+Do not involve in sexual activity for a while (2 weeks)
+Do not remove hair from the region
+Avoid wearing tight fitted clothes in the region
+Either wear lose comfortable inner wear (e.g. cotton) or completely avoid inner wear for a few days
+Try to purchase an over-the-counter antibiotic cream/ointment (e.g. neomycin) and apply over the region twice daily for 10 days to avoid infections
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
