Question : hello doctor . my baby is 7 month 10 days . he is not taking breastfeed properly from 4-5 days. and today he is crying alot.his first tooth is breaking out . when he breastfeed milk comes out of his nose last 1 week. is this the reason he is afraid from breastfeed. today last 2-3 hrs he passed 5 stools. usually he passes stool once or twice a day. please advise

Hello, I understand your health concerns.
It is common to have such symptoms while baby is about to have teeth so as it is nothing to worry if there is no fever.
Try to feed him at frequent intervals and avoid feeding while he is crying.
If he still expels milk from his nose then visit a pediatrician at the earliest.
