Brief Answer:
Cholelithiasis is not an emergency
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
The counts are 4800 and ploymorphs also 69, so I fail to understand where is the sepsis ?
Cholelithiasis is an emergency only if there is acute cholecystitis and/or obstructive jaundice
But in your mother's case I too would advice surgery, as the size of the calculus is small so the chances of it going in to common bile duct and causing obstructive jaundice are always there
Take a medical fitness and if there is no anesthesia risk get her operated with Laparoscope.
Hope this helps

Her blood culture report shows gram+ bacteria and also suggested antibiotics.
Q1.I want to know why she is having fever (98.9 - 99.4)?
Q2.Why she is not eating properly (feeling of nausea) Is it because of sepsis ?
Q3. Do you think we need to get her blood culture again?
how long it will take to get better?

Brief Answer:
Needs antibiotics for 2 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information, Was blood culture advised because of her temperature ?
If yes and it is positive the fever is because of sepsis
It will take two weeks for the antibiotics to resolve it and if need be a maintenance dose also after that
Nausea can be because of cholelithiasis, Sepsis and even the medications
If the fever is not controlled you might need to go for a repeat culture
Hope this helps
