Librax (Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium) used as an add on therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer and in the treatment of the irritable bowel syndrome.
Nexpro is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It blocks the production of stomach acid & hence prescribed for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and stomach ulcer. These prescribed medications are effective in the treatment of acidity related stomach problems like gastritis, ulcer and others.
Zapiz (Clonazepam) a benzodiazepine used for the sleep disturbances like insomnia.
I would like to know some more information to give you proper suggestion like
1. Do you smoke or take alcohol?
2. Do you have regular bowel habits?
3. Do you have problems like flatulence, distension, belching?
4. Do you take hot and spicy foods?
5. Do you have any stress or sleep disturbances?

and after jaundice this problem is happaning..i dnt have sleep disturbances but i hav stress and i think much.and very short temper too.i have taken so much of medicine like pantocid dsr.rebonic plus.librax.nexpro.pantosec.but not getting relief.but recently i hav visited a docotor.he given me librax nexpro and zapiz fr 7 days.before this doctor i visited a another doc around 3 yrs before .he advised me to do endoscopy.i did it.result of endoscopy was antral gastritis.my mom also have this same problem.but like me .please give me sujetion.thank u

I would suggest you & your mom to continue to take the prescribed medications.
You also need certain life style changes like
1. Avoid stress, smoking and alcohol.
2. Kindly spare some time (at least 30 minutes/day) for daily exercise either in your work site or outside
3. Have regular sleep
4. Avoid hot & spicy food
5. Take plenty of fruits & vegetables
6. Drink plenty of water (avoid soft drinks).
