Question: I am 24 and I have been visiting chiropractor and doctor after doctor for constant pain in my neck. It's been going on for 4 years now. I can get a full 8 1/2 hours of sleep and still feel unrested. I have begun having difficulty remembering things. The last 6 months I have been having bad pain in my hands, hips, legs, feet, and chest. Sometimes I find it difficult to walk. No one can tell me what is wrong. I have had X-rays, blood tests, and an mri. What is your advice?

Brief Answer:
Get vitamin D test to see vitamin deficiency

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You can get your vitamin D level as such unexplained pain can be due to vitamin D deficiency. If found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3.For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can get your Thyroid function test ( T3, T4 and TSH) and blood sugar test to exclude thyroid and diabetes if not done earlier. You have done x ray, blood test and MRI.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
