Brief Answer:
It can be due to throat infection, you can take paracetamol

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us.

Based on your history, and test reports it seems to be due to some internal infection which in your case is most probabaly upper respiratory tract infection which is obvious the first thought keeping in view your current symptoms. White coating can also be due to that. Increased white cell can be normal part of pregnancy but can.indicate infection. The feverish feeling or malaise which isn't being recorded on thermometer can be part of early symptoms of such infections.

You can use, Paracetamol which will relief both feverish feeling as well as other symptoms relating to throat irritation.

If fever spikes increase then a cousin of antibiotics like augmentin or cephalosporins will be safer keeping in view your pregnancy status.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Brief Answer:
You will get pain relief with acetaminophen. Avoid other pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing your concerns. Acetaminophen like we mentioned earlier for other symptoms will also help with pain. More aggressive pain killers or those included in group of nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs should be avoided due to risk of bleeding. Decongestants or steam inhalations may also help with your curreng symptoms. Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards.
