Suggest Remedy For Cramps And Brown Vaginal Discharge When On IUD Mirena Coil

Question: Hi I am on the IUD mirena coil, I've been on it for 6months now. The last months I have been having a normal flow but this month however I have not recieved a period. I've been getting occasional cramps and feeling as if I will come on. When I last went yo the bathroom I felt something hanging. It was stringy brown/clear discharge I want to know what this means as I am quite worried about it.
Brief Answer:
due to the effect of mirena
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
This all is because of the Mirena which has progesterone and is thus responsible for the absence of periods and the stringy discharge.
These cramps will keep on coming once in a while in initial days and will subside eventually.
Along with wait and watch you should drink a lot of water and avoid hot and humid climates. Lessen your intake of caffeine and eat lots of salads and fruits. Include nuts especially walnuts in your daily diet and increase intake of soy proteins.
Take care.
