Brief Answer:
There is a need for some examinations

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Small amount of urine can have different causes.
At first it can occur, when people don't drink enough liquids, you should measure the liquids you take during the day.
Also, it can occur when there is excessive sweating or diarrhea.
In case these two are excluded, we should look for some disorders, which can lead to water retention.

At first your kidney function should be evaluated, as it is the main organ, which is responsible for urine excretion.
If anything is normal with kidney, when heart, liver function, hormonal balance and electrolytes should be checked.

Anyway you should know that headaches and joint pains could be caused by joint problems itself, it may be not related with the small amount of urine.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
