Brief Answer:
Due to the side effects of ipill
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety related to the issue and it is very common after ipill intake as it has high dose of progesterone so as it is nothing much to worry especially when your pregnancy test is negative.
Right now in my opinion wait for another week for your periods and then in case you still don't get them then take primolut as advised by your doctor previously.
That spotting you had was kind of a withdrawal bleeding and thus has made your cycle irregular.
In future avoid ipill intake as much as possible because it is an emergency contraception to be used in rare cases of condom rupture or slippage.
