Question: my wifes skin in corner of eyes near nose bridge are very dark can you gove an idea of what that might be?

Sometimes skin darkening at specific part is indicative of melanoma, or preliminary to skin malignancies, and such things need to be evaluated preemptively.

So your concern is relevant in that regard, but Based on the picture it doesn't seem that bad yet. If the darkness increases or gets confined to one part you might need to have skin biopsy but not at this stage.

Meanwhile try using a good sunblock. Try planning a routine visit to a dermatologist, but let me reassure you once again that, it is not that emergent to be reviewed sooner than normal. You can also try using emolients like liquid paraffin with vaselines.
