Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

The absence of attention and concentration could be due to multiple factors.
First of all it may be due to excessive burden of work and stressful life. If that is the case you are the person who can set priorities and goals according to your capabilities and requirement.
If you really want to increase education you need to cut over working hours. Without doing that formal education is almost impossible.

Secondly of the concentration problem is due to some diseased condition, it can be treated effectively in majority of individuals. If you got this problem recently only it is possible that you are suffering with anxiety or depression. In such a situation it will be highly appropriate to seek medical consultation from a psychiatrist/psychologist.

I should inform you that medication can help you if there is disease. If the problem is due to life style, we need to correct it with correction of cause.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Well my hours vary when they are long. But my thing is when dating back in my public education school years from middle school and graduating I never had a high average. I would only be able to do my work and show up that's all I needed to do when I went to school. And after graduating I had the same problem I would work a normal 8 hour day and then go to a technical college from there but could never finish strong because I was always tired after work. I just need something to help me get over this barrier so I can succeed and study better and work better. I'm just frustrated that I can't make myself better as a student.

Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I understand all your concerns but I must acknowledge that no two person are similar. When you are finishing average it is indication that you need some extra work to get it better.

Other than that if you are having persistent inattention problem it could be due to ADHD. In my view it will be better if you can meet a mental health professional for understand your problem in true sense.

Thanks and regards
