Brief Answer:
Sciatica

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned that you may have sciatica. Sciatica is actually a pinching of the sciatic nerve in your buttock. There is a muscle called the piriformis muscle that will go into a deep spasm and pinch the sciatic nerve. This will cause buttock pain that radiates down the back of the leg. It will sometimes feel like lightening down the leg. The pain is worse with walking or bending. There is not usually any tingling or weakness with sciatica

The usually treatment is pain relief through anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen or naprosyn. Also muscle relaxants will also reduce the pain by relieving the muscle spasm of the piriformis muscle. In additional physical therapy, chiropractic therapy and massage therapy can help.

In summary
1. Sciatica pinched sciatic nerve from buttock to back of leg
2. Treat with anti-inflammatories ibuprofen or naprosyn
3. Muscle relaxants
4. Massage therapy, physical therapy or chiropractic therapy
