Brief Answer:
Two things appears to be not related and use of lip balm will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
It is less likely that the dried lip is connected to other condition, it may be coincidence.
Dry lips are because of dehydration, too much wind or too much sun.
I would suggest you to regularly apply a lip balm containing petroleum or beeswax. You may need to try a few different products before you find one that works for you.
Choose a balm with an additional sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15 to help protect your lips in the sun.
A lip balm will act as a shield to protect your lips against the sun, wind, cold or dry air. It will trap in moisture and seal cracks against infection.

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,

Maybe I missed some information. They will dry up an swell within 24 hrs of an incidence where some kind of trauma affected my body.

When they swell they feel as they are on fire they blister on the inside of my mouth and it will last for almost two weeks. I did visit a doctor after the first incident, he said it was a viral infection and at that time the trauma was to my mouth.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
Small ulcer in mouth or in lips do occur in stress, also common due to slight injury that might be caused while chewing, most of the times it occurs unknowingly.

I would suggest you to take capsule becosules once daily for week along with the above mentioned measures when this occurs. Don't worry you will be fine.

Take care.
