Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction And Semen Leakage While On Cialis

Question: In September of 2014, a urologist prescribed me Cialis to help me get over the anxiety of having sex. I met with the urologist because I was having trouble maintaining an erection and was ejaculating prematurely. His theory was that the Cialis would help me gain an erection and if I was to ejaculate quickly, help me gain another erection to eventually get over the anxiety associated with sex.

The night I took the Cialis I felt a boost in confidence that I was going to be able to perform. However, among socializing with people, my penis started having a leaking sensation. As well, there was a noticeable pressure in the penis, particularly on the left side of the shaft. Ever since originally taking the Cialis that night (I stopped taking it after only 2 or 3 5mg doses) I have had a pretty consistent feeling of pressure in my groin area and throughout day I will feel a leak coming out of penis. Upon quickly going to the bathroom to check if there really is liquid, 4 out of 5 times there actually will be no liquid. However, if I squeeze the shaft of the penis toward the head, a small bit of clear liquid will come out.

I do not have the symptoms of a urinary tract infection as there is no association of the sensation in the penis while urinating. Although, the feeling of pressure is very much relieved when not having clothes touching the penis. I had my prostate checked and it was not enlarged. I did not have an erection that lasted more than four hours so I do not believe it is a priapism. In fact, these symptoms started happening before I attempting having intercourse. The feeling could be psychosomatic, going back to the original anxiety, but that does not explain why I started feeling this feeling in my penis only after taking the Cialis. Why am I feeling these strange symptoms from the first time I took the Cialis and what could this be that I'm feeling this pressure and occasional leak over a year later?

Brief Answer:
PME, self resolving, try behavioral approaches

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I feel, your symptoms are Less likely to be related to the cialis, which you took year back.

You are facing Premature Ejaculation (PME)
Provide additional information
Is it recently that you started having intercourse or is it with new partner.
The commonest cause of premature ejaculation is the anxiety of performance.

Most of the PME, will resolve on its own, without any intervention.

There are two treatment options available 1. Behavioral 2. Pharmacological.

Behavioral approaches includes
Stop and Squeeze technique -- method suggests that you should try to divert your mind for a moment when you feel ejaculation arousal and penis should be tightly squeezed with hand inwards by your partner preferably.
Sex counselling of your sexual behaviour and methods. Like if you are down and female partner on top, gravity is going to help you for lengthening the time.
You should do masturbation before sex(at least 2 hours before ). It will make seminal vesicles somewhat empty and at time of sex semen will take more time to come out.
You can try longlast condom, which is helpful in same cases.

There are drugs like clomipramine, Paroxetine, These medicines are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor for prescription.

I would have suggested you to go for behavioral approach and feel you will be fine with that measures.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.

As stated in the original question, my chief concern is not the premature ejaculation. Again, "Why am I feeling these strange symptoms from the first time I took the Cialis and what could this be that I'm feeling this pressure and occasional leak over a year later?"
