Brief Answer:
Normal for the age, small frequent meals and small poops time frame

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Infants that young have small stomachs and feed every 3rd hour and poops with the same frequency. No worries as far as there is no blood in stool or severe watery diarrhea or has fever at least 100 or above. If so then talk to paediatrician and keep rehydrating the child with nothing else but breast milk.

Just keep feeding the child and start supplementing the diet with added food supplements one by one to the feeding regimen. One taste at a time for a week minimum. Banana paste would be a good start and will help the bowel habits as well.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and your child and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
