Brief Answer:
Hypoxia?Possible COPD.Need further tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can understand your concern.

As per your history, you possibly seem to have hypoxia(low blood oxygen).

This can result usually from chronic obstructive lung disease-COPD considering your age. This can result in gradual breathing difficulty.

The cause of low oxygen levels have to be assessed in you case.

CO stealing may not always be the cause.

For better assessment I advise you to get arterial blood gas analysis and PFT's (pulmonary function tests).

Further management is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
