Suggest Remedy For Fever And Soreness In Body

I started feeling achy out of the blue yesterday evening. When I got home, I took my temperature and had a temperature of 100.3. I woke up this morning and felt relatively normal and my temperature was only 99.3, but my body is still sore - the type of soreness I feel when I have a cold. Any idea why I would have a fever and soreness with no other symptoms?
Need some help from you ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Ma'am, if you do not mind I have a few questions and would like you to provide your kind response for the same.
+What would your daily fluid intake sum up to?
+How often do you urinate?
+Are you on any medications?
+Do you suffer from any chronic conditions (e.g. diabetes)?
+Do you have any other symptoms you can report other than fever?
+What according to you is your fluid intake per day?
In my opinion the soreness described by you is myalgia triggered by either dehydration or a nutritional deficiency. I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further ma'am. I am sure we can reach the root to your problem. Please also write to me with any extra information you have.
Best wishes.

I am not sure how many times I urinate, but it seems regular lately.
I am not taking any meds and do not have any chronic illness was far as I know.
You need to increase your fluid intake for sure ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Thank you so much for that information ma'am.
I noticed from a few other queries posted by you, that you have complained of recurrent UTI's. This could very well be the cause for your soreness. As mentioned earlier, the cause for the soreness could be either dehydration or a nutrient deficiency. Both dehydration and an electrolyte imbalance can result from the UTI, which can cause frequent urination and a loss of various nutrients.
+I would like to ask if you still have symptoms of the UTI and if so, why are you not on any medications to treat the same?
+Are you involved in sports of any kind, gym workouts, etc.? As mentioned by you, the exercise you are involved in can add to your UTIs resulting in causing you to lose a lot more fluids, which can easily result in your current presentation.
Please also increase your fluid intake and observe for a few days, if the muscle soreness continues then please report to me.
Best of luck ma'am.

I did visit with a urologist that did a series of examinations (abdominal xray, kidney ultrasound and cytoscopy) and diagnosed me with trigonitis. I am not taking any additional meds at the time.
I feel you should approach your doctor to initiate treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
I am happy to know that a diagnosis has been established and you should also know that majority of patients with trigonitis are left untreated as the condition is not to be treated if the patient is asymptomatic.
But if at all the patient is symptomatic then treatment should be tried (although not completely successful), from my knowledge tablet doxycycline has been used in the past at 100 mg twice daily for two weeks, followed by 100 mg once daily for 2 weeks. Please discuss the same with your doctor and initiate treatment as you seem to be developing other complications like dehydration due to lack of treatment. I am very happy that you exercise well and are health conscious, but a good balance in your hydration level is also mandatory to maintain a certain lifestyle.
Please also make sure you wear comfortable inner wear (undergarments) when you exercise or go running, as we need to be careful about your trigonitis, change your inner wear regularly and do not hold your urine for too long when you get the urge.
I hope and pray you enjoy a quick and successful recovery after discussion with your doctor and initiation of therapy. Please do not hesitate to write to me for anything, I am always here for you and I want you to remember that.
Best wishes ma'am.
