Suggest Remedy For Fever In A Child

Question: my child is 6 year old boy he have fever. every 4 hrs he get fever when we give him medicine paravib he is very weak. we will give him ibugesic plus if this continue.

he don't have cough and cold.

please advice what to do.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Most of such type of fevers are viral in nature and tend to become all right in 48-72 hours. General mode of treatment in such cases is consumption of paracetamol only.
You are rightly giving it to him every 6 hours.
Both PARAVIB and IBUGESIC PLUS are almost same except that Ibugesic plus has ibuprofen in addition to paracetamol. You can give either of them.
In case it is already more than 72 hours,then you should consult a doctor and get your child examined and investigated by getting relevant investigations done.
Specific medicine is given only on finding the exact cause.
No use of giving any antibiotic irrationally.
