Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern
Sizopin may cause weight gain as a side effect of the drug.
Here I would like to know what kind of variations, you are seeing in blood sugar levels, please upload me the latest blood sugar reports.
Sleeplessness and headache might be related to reduced doses of sizopin or associated with anxiety or stress.
In my opinion you should not reduce its doses on your own because it may cause withdrawl reaction and hypertensive crisis.
