What is this?
Brief Answer:
Herpes most likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through the photographs.
As I have mentioned in the answer to your next query, these lesions are vesicular with clear fluid in them and redness around them. These are the features of genital herpes.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by Tzanck smear and blood investigation ( herpes IgG and IgM ) .
Treatment should be taken accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Can it bd anything else
Brief Answer:
Vaginitis, allergic dermatitis or herpes
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
another possibility is vaginitis, as the vagina and labia seem very red and inflammed in the photographs.
Allergic dermatitis due to soap change or underwear can be the other cause.
However, the small fluid filled vesicles are more in favor of the genital herpes.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
