Question: Hello, Dr XXXXXXX Heijebu.

My stomach is making weird sound due to some gas problem maybe. And due to which I not feel well. Please tell me what should I do to cure this gas problems. I am totally fed up of this.

Please help me.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Constipation.

I generally advise my patients with these symptoms Syrup Zymax 5ml twice daily for and Syrup Smuth 10 ml at bed time.

Please discuss with your doctor whether he prescribes the same.

Exercise regularly for 20 min.

Drink plenty of water and fibre rich diet.
