Suggest Remedy For Hair Loss And Stress

Take regular treatment ,control stress
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to be suffering from telogen effluvium .
Now most importantly ,I would like to tell you that stress is the main cause of such a severe hair loss ,so kindly try to control this most important factor first .
I would advise you to start application of zydip lotion at night over the scalp area daily .
Wash hair twice a week with any shampoo .
Take tablet biotin 10 mg once daily .
Follow this treatment for atleast three months regularly to see s good response .
Do not worry about increased hair growth at other sites ,this medicine will act only over the areas where it is applied .
Hope it helps

I've heard that zydip lotion contains steroids which isn't at all good for health and read few reviews about the same in this website only. Please suggest some other treatment which doesn't have any side effects. Im very much afraid of side effects as i have faced earlier with mintop.
->What can i do to control the stress madam?
->As iam 25 years now, Madam is there any chance of regrowth of my hair because it is only caused by stress & nobody in my family have baldness/hairfall?
Need to take treatment
Detailed Answer:
HI again
I can understand that you are very concerned about the potential side effects since you have faced problems in the past.
But I would like to tell you that minoxidil and topical steroid application are the only two most effective and most commonly used agents in your problem .
But proper application under medical supervision is very important in both cases.
Apply only over the scalp ,do not apply too much amount. It should not leak onto the face.
See your prescribing dermatologist regularly to rule out any side effects .
But since both of these are very commonly used agents ,I always prescribe either of these to my patients with a similar problem ,so my advise would be that you should start treatment as told .
It might take atleast three months of regular treatment to stop further hair loss and then atleast three to four months to start regaining the lost hair .
So regular treatment is very important .
