Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Fluid In Ears

? trigeminal neuralgia
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
Well the sort of.pain you are describing does fit in with trigeminal neuralgia. Referred pains are mostly due to nerve irritation than a musculoskeltal component. It is an intermittent sort of.pain which gets triggered by touch in the areas of nerve along and causes shooting pain in the jaws, face, head. It also has a sensory component, probably that's the reason you ate facing numbness along with a feeling of swelling. It is not infectious, as no infection can last that long without causing other symptoms
Now coming to the cause for it. It is mostly idiopathic but I would like to know if you experience other symptoms like dry eyes, dry mouth, fatigue, hair fall and oral ulcers. One of the most common cause for it is sjogrens syndrome.
Now next thing is about management. Amitryptilline is not such a good rug for it. I am not sure if you have tried carbmaezepine before as it Is an excellent drug for the sort of pain you are experiencing
Well do let me know few of the queries. Would try to help you out
Also let me know any unusual symptoms you have been experiencing apart from this
Regards

Possible Sjogrens Syndrome.
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Well i have gone through your other history as well. The sort of symptoms you are describing can very well fit in with a disease called Sjogrens Syndrome. It is an autoimmune condition which can involve dry eyes, dry mouth and even dried up vaginal secretions(which causes Dyspareunia, that is painful sex). Cause at your age, painful sex is quite unusual. Still, one gynaecological check up should be done to look for this cause.
Sjogrens syndrome can have the implications you are having of oral ulcers, joint pains and even trigeminal neuralgia. The sensation of ear fullness can be due to the sensory part of the nerve involved giving a sense of heavy feeling.
I am not sure if anyone has looked into this angle, but you can sure discuss it with a rheumatologist once. Also, you can check up on your ANA and ENA report and let me know if it has been carried out and what are the results. Do read up on net about it and let me know if the symptoms you are experiencing match in it
Await your reply

? Is it Sjogrens
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Oh man.. That is quite a lot. Here you can get appointments scheduled in 2 days time. But till the time you get an appointment is it possible for you to get ANA and ENA profile done. So we have a clear idea on what we are dealing with and by the time you meet the rheumatologist it will be easier, than you having to wait for the results again. Itching can accompany any connective tissue disease. It is a non specific symptom but can be a part of it.
Hope the information has been useful and if we can sort it out, it will be great. You will benefit from the treatment then
Do let me know for more queries
