Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Arachnoid granulations are normal physiological structures which are present in all. They are crucial for drainage system of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF).
So,presence of arachnoid granulations should not be a cause of worry.Your headache is possibly a primary headache as the brain imaging has turned to be normal.
Further,if you can upload your MRI images here,I shall have a look at them and will be in a better position to answer.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer.
Regards

Dr Panwar,
I have had this headache for two months. It starts from the moment I wake until I go to sleep. It worsens when I bend forward and increase the pressure in my head. Could this filling defect be causing my headache from the fluctuations of the CSF in my sinus?

Brief Answer:

Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
As I said, arachnoid granulations are normal and physiological, and are not the cause of your headache symptom. The clinical description you are giving is more of a 'Stress or Tension headache'.
However,if you can upload your MRI images/CD(you can upload the MRI CD as a rar file on google drive and share the link here in follow-up),I shall have a look at it and will be in a better position to answer.
