HI and thank you for asking!
I read your query very carefully and would like to help you with my advises.
First of all you should stay calm and relaxed because anxiety worsen SVT and help to increase discomfort and your concerns.
Secondly PVC s and skipped beats apart from discomfort and anxiety can't cause any harm to you as long as your left ventricle and your cardiac function is within normal limits.
Thirdly you shouldn't worry about ECHO results the changes (compared with 11 years ago) and abnormalities seen on this echo wouldn't put you in immediate risk. The only thing that I would recommend is to continue with regular follow ups with your cardiologist and to repeat the echo every 6 months.
Finally, The cardiac echo is essential to monitor left atrial dilatation, aortic sclerosis and mitral valve regurgitation (leakage) which for the moment doesn't need any medical or surgical treatment but need to be under close monitoring.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
The abnormalities found on your echo are mild, permanent but doesn't present any danger to you. What you have read on internet are about severe aortic, mitral or atrial enlargement. In this case they may cause you troubles.
Please keep in mind that with regular follow up and healthy lifestyle, diet and treatment (if needed) those findings will stay mild for a long period and in a few cases they may change to norm again.
On the other hand stress, anxiety and overthinking may contribute to the progression of these findings. This is why it's essential to stay calm and relaxed and to continue with healthy lifestyle and regular follow up. For the moment you shouldn't worry for your heart.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,
You should exercise regularly. Moreover, exercising has a positive effects on your heart and it's safe for you.
Although, you have only trace of valvular leakage I would like to suggest taking antibiotics before dental procedure to prevent from endocarditis.
