Brief Answer:
Calamine lotion and antihistaminics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
In cases of heat rash I recommend my patients to apply soothing cream like calamine lotion on the affected area twice daily along with antihistaminic like tablet Loratidine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of irritation and itching.
This normally resolves the heat rash in 7- 10 days.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
